The owner (and only worker) showed up on time and toiled away in the warm house without stopping! He did a great job and seems to be in demand as his phone rang quite a few times while he was here. He proudly showed me a photo of his cute dog in the car wearing a seat belt 😻

We have had no hot water for a few days. We called and scheduled an appointment.The technician called ahead to let us know that he is on the way. He came and found the issue for few minutes-failed breaker. He replaced the breaker and adviced us to replace the main panel ,that happened to be Znsco and we found the horror stories about this brand. Now we are on schedule to upgrade our main panel . We would highly recommend this company.

He was so knowledgeable and experienced when we called him in to assess the issues and reinstall correctly. We contacted Mitch on Sunday afternoon regarding a leak of our water heater and he replied back early Monday morning and was able to stop by to assess our situation. He was thorough in his inspection and was able to find the location of our leak. He provided an explanation of what happened and spent hours trying to troubleshoot a solution to our issue. After a few days, he was able to secure the part needed and fixed our issue. I really appreciate his thoroughness and how transparent he was throughout the process. Highly recommend!!!
