Service tankless water heater

Does it seems too complicated? Yeah! For most of our competitors it is. For us it is just another service call. This installations done by other contractor, turn out that it did shut down couple of years later. Customer complained that the tankless water heater does not work. When we went on site, we found out that he has a combi system- air handler + domestic hot water. Issue fixed with one stop only.
