Annual service

Tankless water heaters are great technology and in perfect conditions they will easily last 20-30 years. Not all home owner have water softener or conditioning system. Some environment conditions may cause malfunctions as well,such as dust ,lint ,saw dust ect. Our annual service includes descaling the unit to remove the calcium/magnesium build up, dust cleaning and combustion mixture check up. Annual service is something like an oil change on your car-some big families or businesses may need it every 6 -9 months , some other may needed it every 2 years. Some limits apply , such as unacceptability of the unit ( attic, roof ,crawl space installations) . Service valve kit is a must have in order to service your unit.
