Boilers are been around for more than a century. They developed thru the years and polished all edges in hot water heating industry. They can handle high and low demand,soft and hard water,handheld sprayers and high efficiency dishwashers. Our personal believe is that they are best solution for commercial applications. One of the common problems that we see, when a thankless water heater is installed in commercial installation is that it short cycles when there is a handheld sprayer and the time needed to react is longer than the spay time. Commercial dishwasher may suffer from lack of hot water-with boiler+storage tank there is no such an issue,because you have the volume you need at temperature that is needed. Boiler has no problems to handle hard water, when installed according manufacturer instructions. Down below you can check some of ours installations.
